About the product
Our award-winning Mazamorra is inspired in traditional recipes of Puerto Rican grandmothers. It retains the natural color and consistency grandmothers sought to satisfy the tastes of the whole family at breakfast, in dessert or for afternoon snacks.
We use very fine flour, cinnamon and 100% natural organic coconut to be faithful to the original dish so beloved by generations of Puerto Ricans. The procedures we apply to preserve the freshness of the product do not alter its taste and quality.
